At Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all guitars and gear. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the instrument in its original hardshell case or gig bag, ensuring all original accessories, manuals, and protective padding are included in the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
